★ take 10k steps 6 days a week.
★ reach and maintain my goal weight.
★ nourish my body daily.
★ serve others often.
★ go outside at least an hour a day, daily.
★ spend at least 45 minutes studying 6 days a week.
★ go on a walk 3 times a week, minimum.
★ 30 minutes of weight lifting 4-5 times a week.
★ 30 minutes of cardio (or a walk) 4-5 times a week.
